STAFAG International GmbH acquires Allgaier Process Technology GmbH in Uhingen as of January 1, 2024.
STAFAG International GmbH, based in Mülheim an der Ruhr, has taken over Allgaier Process Technology GmbH in Uhingen as of January 1, 2024. As the parent company of a globally operating group of companies, which also includes SIEBTECHNIK GmbH, with around 3,600 employees, it has a clear focus on the processing of mineral bulk materials.
