A Bar Sizer is a drive-less screening machine used to classify coarse debris efficiently, with no material clogging and without use of any energy. A Vibratory Bar Sizer is a Bar Sizer equipped with a driver and ensures the separation of difficult-to-screen material flows into several fractions. The Bar Sizer and Vibratory Bar Sizer are particularly suitable for stones and soils, building material products, asphalt and concrete recycling as well as other waste and recycling materials.

The Bar Sizer operates without moving parts and without drive power. The classifying bars are fixed on one side and are spaced from each other for clog-free separation. When infeed material is dropped onto the bars the self-generating vibration of the individual bars contributes to the separation process and clog-free operation.
With the Vibratory Bar Sizer, 2 low-noise unbalance motors for light versions, and by geared exciters for heavier versions provided vibration to the bars for additional assistance in separating the infeed material. The combination of vibration and cascaded classifying bars ensures effective separation of the infeed without jamming, snagging or clogging - even with bulky material pieces, cohesive products or rags, wires or film.
