Fine screening of difficult-to-screen bulk materials with Fine Sizer
In contrast to the MSizer, only the screen decks are vibrated in the Fine Sizer. The machine frame is vibration-free. This means that considerable energy can be saved with the Fine Sizer. Fine Sizers are particularly suitable for processing wood chips/sawdust, fertilizer, stones and soils, building material products, salt and coal.

The Fine Sizer consists of a frame with up to 3 screen decks arranged one above the other, which are excited by means of driven impact bars. The impact pulse causes the screen deck to be kept free of plugged grain and the bulk material to be transported. Each blow bar is driven by 1 or 2 unbalanced vibrators. These set the beater bar shaft in an oscillating motion and the screen lining is excited from below.
By means of a sudden increase of the speed controlled by a frequency converter, the screen cloth can be cleaned continuously - similar to pneumatic screen cleaning. However, the screen frame itself remains almost static, so that no direct dynamic residual forces are introduced into the substructure. The machine is completely dust-encapsulated and therefore requires only very small quantities of exhaust air for dust removal.
Maximum flexibility: Variably adjustable oscillation amplitude, frequency and machine inclination as well as screen lengths between 2.4 m and 4.8 m and working widths between 1.0 m and 2.5 m possible. This means that the generally high separation efficiency can be flexibly adjusted to specific customer requirements.
Maximum efficiency: The grain size spectrum can be realized significantly smaller than with the MSizer (from 0.1 mm).
High performance: Avoiding clogging (plugging grain) of the screen linings and achieving top performance screen qualities of up to 99% fractional purity by acceleration forces of up to 30 times the acceleration due to gravity.
High safety: Avoidance of dynamic forces into the substructure (Relief for steel construction).
