Sharp classification for closely spaced grain classes with the MScreen Linear and circular vibrating screens
In addition to the extensive Sizer product range, Mogensen offers the screening technology alternatives of free-swinging linear vibrating screens and circular vibrating screens. The feasible machine working widths of the MScreen Linear and Circular Vibratory Screens range from 0.5 m to 1.5 m. Depending on the application, the screen deck length can be designed between 1.3 m and 2.4 m. The screening machines are used across all industries, for example for screening sugar, sand, gravel or glass. The screenable particle size range is between 0.2 mm and 100 mm.

MScreen Linear Vibrating Screens are free-swinging screens driven by unbalance motors. The vibration data, screen inclination, and vibration frequency are adapted to the customer's specific task. Mogensen linear vibrating screens are used for sharp classification and for closely spaced grain classes. They are available in single and double deck designs and are excellent for control and protective screening.
MScreen Circular Vibrating Screens are screening systems that are set into circular or optionally counter-rotating vibration by an unbalanced motor. They are also available as single and double deck designs and are mainly used for high separation efficiency in the medium and coarse grain range. In order to achieve high separation efficiency, effective product loosening is effected in the inlet area with simultaneous increased residence time in the outlet area.
