MSizer as optimal solution for any screening/classification
The MSizer compact, extend and giant models set a new standard for screening bulk materials. The units differ in the screen deck length and are all available in working widths of 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 3.0 meters. The MSizer compact is driven by one vibration motor and generates an elliptical movement to screen incoming material. The MSizer extend and giant are set into linear movement by two vibration motors.The MSizer giant is the world's largest sizer that can realize very high performance as a single machine. Each machine is available with 1 to 6 screen decks to meet your individual screening and fraction requirements. The MSizer excels in screening animal feed, wood pellets, fertilizer, salt, minerals, stones, and earth, building material products and sugar.
Good to know
The Mogensen MSizer system consists of 2 to 6 screen decks, one above the other, at different inclinations, with mesh sizes becoming finer on the lower decks. The machine housing is set in motion by vibration motors or judge exciters. While the finer grain of the infeed material immediately flows almost vertically through the course meshes of the upper decks, the coarser grains are screened out of the material flow. This eliminates material “surfing” on top of oversized material and never reaching the screening surface and properly screened.
Because of the increasing screen deck inclination from top to bottom deck, the mesh openings perform as a smaller mesh size. In comparison to conventional sifters and flat screens, the mesh sizes on a MSizer can be selected larger while maintaining good separation efficiency. The separation of different particle sizes from the material flow quickly using several screen decks and the larger mesh widths of the screen cloth reduces wear and ensures long screen life and high throughput.
