24 TSM Screening Machines for a Major SAP Production Project in Asia

In the production of Super Absorbent Polymers (SAP), reliable screening technology is a key factor for stable production processes, consistent product quality, and economical plant operation.

For one of Asia’s largest and most advanced SAP production projects, ALLGAIER Process Technology was selected to supply a total of 24 TSM 2600/5 tumbler screening machines for multiple production lines. The project is part of a major investment program focused on modernizing production technology and securing efficient and stable processes for the future.

The Challenge

The existing screening technology had reached its limits. Recurring issues such as leakage, machine deformation, outlet cracks, limited capacity, and time-consuming screen changes resulted in increased maintenance effort and process interruptions.

At the same time, the new solution had to reliably support several production stages — from cutting and crushing to intermediate and final product classification.

The customer was therefore looking for a robust, maintenance-friendly, and economical screening solution for demanding industrial production environments.

The Solution

ALLGAIER supplied TSM 2600/5 tumbler screening machines specifically designed for reliable SAP screening applications. The machines combine robust construction with application-specific modifications to ensure long-term process stability.
